Database Administrator

We’re hiring an experienced DBA (3–5 years) to manage, optimize, and secure SQL Server databases (2016+). You’ll ensure high performance, availability, and scalability for business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SQL Server databases across environments (Dev/UAT/Prod)
• Optimize performance using Query Store, DMVs, and indexing
• Write/maintain T-SQL scripts, views, SPs, and triggers
• Implement backups, restores, and high-availability solutions (Always On, Log Shipping)
• Handle patching, upgrades, and security configurations
• Collaborate with developers for schema and query optimization
• Document configurations, processes, and policies

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years with SQL Server (2016+)
• Strong T-SQL, query tuning, execution plan analysis
• Backup strategies, DBCC, SQL Agent Jobs
• High-availability setup & maintenance
• Understanding of SQL Server internals and security

Nice to Have:

• Azure SQL / Cloud DB exposure
• SSIS basics, CI/CD deployment experience
• Microsoft DBA certification (MCSA, Azure)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
