Data Research Executive – Fresher (B2B Lead Research)

About the Role

We’re hiring a fresher who is a quick learner with strong internet research skills to support our B2B lead generation efforts. You’ll help us identify and profile businesses that may need SAP Business One, an ERP software for SMEs. No sales experience required — just a sharp eye, curiosity, and readiness to learn new tools.

What You’ll Do

• Research and list companies in relevant industries (manufacturing, trading, distribution)
• Identify key decision-makers (e.g., Directors, CFOs, IT Heads) using LinkedIn and web search
• Enrich data using online tools like LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and email-finder tools
• Organize and deliver research in clean Excel/Google Sheets
• Continuously explore and adapt to new research or enrichment tools
• Meet weekly targets for data volume and quality

You Should Have

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Good internet search skills and familiarity with LinkedIn
• Quick learning ability and openness to use new online tools
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive work
• Ability to organize and structure data clearly
• Interest in business, sales, or research work

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to tools like Apollo.io, Skrapp, Hunter, or similar
• Understanding of business roles and company hierarchies
• Prior experience in any kind of data entry, research, or freelancing projects

Your KPIs (Training Provided)

• Number of companies researched per day/week (20–50/day)
• Accuracy of contact and company info
• Timeliness of task completion
• Ability to adapt to tools and feedback quickly
