About the client:

Key Responsibilities:

− Data Quality Management: Manage data quality frameworks and processes to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable. Develop data quality dashboards and KPIs to track the health of critical data assets.

− Metadata and Lineage Management: Implement systems and processes to capture and maintain comprehensive metadata and data lineage for key data assets.

− Master & Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM): Support MDM/RDM strategy implementation, ensuring that master data across key business domains (e.g., customers, policies, claims) is consistent and accurate across all systems.

− Collaboration with Data Teams: Collaborate with enterprise data architecture, data delivery, and business teams to ensure that data management practices are embedded throughout the data lifecycle—from data source to data consumption.

Skills & Experience Required:

− Strong Insurance domain knowledge.

− Strong delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps, and implementation plans.

− Hands-On expertise in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies and regulatory compliance.

− Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools

− Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools.

− Ability to work with cross-functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions.
