About the Role:

data entry/content coordinator

You’ll play a key role in managing and coordinating assessments, question banks, content uploads, and ISO documentation, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate

  data entry operations

  and upload/update content in line with platform guidelines
• Create and manage question papers/question banks
• Coordinate with

  delivery teams

  ,

  SMEs

  , and

  translators

• Maintain and regularly update master sheets for SMEs and translators
• Track invoice submissions and follow up with finance for vendor payments
• Assist in

  ISO documentation

  and

  tracker maintenance

• Clean and back up legacy data weekly
• Ensure content accuracy by double-checking all entries post-upload

Who Should Apply:

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have

  minimum 6 months

  of experience in data entry or content operations (1+ year preferred)
• Are

  proficient in MS Office

  tools, especially Excel
• Have a

  typing speed of at least 40 WPM

• Possess

  good communication skills in English

  and a working knowledge of

  Hindi

• Are detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
• Can work from our

  Bangalore or Noida

  office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any graduate from a recognized university
• Experience handling coordination with SMEs or third-party content providers
• Exposure to content platforms or assessment platforms
• Familiarity with ISO documentation is a bonus
