Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations.
  • Request and coordinate invoices.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems with updated client and deal information.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support sales and operations teams efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a backend or support role, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, spreadsheets).
  • Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
