You are a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support business decision-making. Your role involves designing insightful dashboards, generating reports, and ensuring data-driven strategies that improve organizational efficiency. You will collect, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources, developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights. It is essential to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting solutions and work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations. Optimizing queries and data models for efficient performance in Power BI is also a key responsibility. Identifying trends, correlations, and opportunities for process improvements, you will collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to align data strategies with business objectives. Staying updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices is crucial for success in this role. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization is necessary, along with proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Report Creation). Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases is a must, and familiarity with Excel, Python, or R for advanced data analysis is preferred. Experience in ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is also desirable. Your ability to work with large data sets and deliver meaningful insights, along with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, will be essential.
