About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Executive Jr. In this new role, you will report to a recently hired senior-level professional and be responsible for enhancing our customer support services. As an individual contributor based in Bangalore, Karnataka, you'll be at the forefront of addressing the needs of our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, feedback, and escalations promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer accurate solutions to customers.
  • Showcase excellent communication and problem-solving skills to enhance customer experiences.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Fresher or 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Empathy and patience to deal with challenging customer issues.
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
