This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Noida. The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective communication and analytical skills will be key to performing these tasks.
Role is based out of Noida
Role is a 6 days a week support, based on rotational shifts.
