As a Customer Support Specialist at Mastercard, you will be an integral part of the Customer Delivery & Engagement team, specifically focusing on the Subscription Management product line. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer cancellation requests effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued merchants. Your role will involve efficiently managing cancellations and monitoring their status, initiating and executing workflows for cancellations at different stages, and providing friendly and efficient customer service support through various channels such as chat, calls, and emails. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in understanding subscription terms, extracting relevant information from internal systems, and conducting outbound calls to customers for subscription management and issue resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve the overall customer experience will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions will be essential to ensure transparency and efficiency in our operations. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an International Call Center, preferably in a US or UK Voice Process. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to multitask effectively will be crucial for success. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment will enable you to prioritize tasks and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
