Job Description

Job Descriptions: Handle client issues across various locations in India, providing support. Communicate with client dealers in multiple languages (Hindi, English, and Tamil) to address product or service-related concerns and offer accurate solutions. Maintain detailed logs of all client interactions (Onsite, Remote, or Telephonic) and share daily reports with the Reporting Manager. Ensure high-quality client support with minimal turnaround time and reduced escalations Log all support activities and updates in the internal CRM system Requirements: Hindi Communication must. Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil.(any three languages) Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
