Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Freshers who have potential in customer support or a similar role can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
