  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding products/services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up as needed.
  • Adhere to quality and process standards.

Work Details:

  • Shift:

    Day and Rotational Shifts (based on process)
  • Working Days:

    6 days working, 1 rotational week off
  • Process:

    Voice / Chat / Blended (based on requirement)
