Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to policies, claims, and services
Assist customers with policy renewals, endorsements, and grievance redressal
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow compliance and quality guidelines of the insurance sector

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support within the insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command over English and Hindi
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Female candidates only (as per team diversity goals)
