About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, empathetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with clients or customers professionally.
  • Understand client requirements and explain our digital services and products clearly.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into active clients.
  • Resolve client concerns with a polite and solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement based on customer insights.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel is preferred. If not, we will provide training.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • A calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • A team player who is eager to learn and grow

Project Coordinator / Operations Executive

  • Manage daily communication between teams and clients for ongoing digital/IT projects.
  • Track project timelines, updates, and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely updates and reporting to management.
  • Coordinate meetings, document project requirements, and follow up on tasks.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in company systems or CRMs.
