We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Calling Executive (Female) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle product order taking and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online research.

1 year experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads via phone calls, emails, and online research.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage and convert potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present company products and services clearly and effectively.
• Stay updated on product offerings, trends, and competitors.
• Provide accurate information, answer queries, and suggest suitable products.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing/terms, and close sales.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s goals.
• Support clients with post-sales queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
