Job Title: Customer Support Executive – PhonePe Process

Shift Timings: Day Shift for Females and 24*7 for Males

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the PhonePe process. The role involves assisting customers with queries related to transactions, wallet issues, and payment concerns, ensuring a smooth customer experience for one of India’s largest digital payment platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and chats from PhonePe customers.
• Resolve customer queries related to transactions, refunds, failed payments, and other wallet issues.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to process compliance.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (BPO experience preferred).
• Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM preferred.

Salary Details:

• CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month (depending on experience)
• In-hand Salary: As per company norms
