We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as

Customer Support Associates

for a US-based process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats for customer queries and support
Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain documentation of interactions and follow-up as needed
Adhere to shift schedules and process guidelines

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask
Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift)

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory (in any stream)
Willing to work from office in Hinjewadi, Pune

Immediate joiners preferred
