Location: [pune kharadi - 411014] Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) Experience: 1–6 years Working Hours: rotational shift Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a strong desire to help customers succeed with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and support requests. Understand customer needs and help them effectively use our products/services. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Track customer feedback and share insights with the product and sales teams. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field. 0–2 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or a similar role. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
