  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to banking queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
  • Experience:

    Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in customer service/BPO is an advantage.
  • Communication:

    Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Other Skills:

    Basic computer proficiency, customer handling ability, and a positive attitude.

Job Details:

  • Salary:

    18,000 to 22,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
  • Location:

    Kasarwadawali, Thane
  • Transport:

    Pickup and drop facility from Thane station available.
  • Shifts:

    Day rotational shifts (No night shifts)
  • Week Off:

    Rotational week off
