Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Howrah, Sri Apartment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of our two-wheeler loan products.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling two-wheeler loans to new customers.

Job
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is crucial.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services, including two-wheeler loans, is required.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is necessary.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to address customer concerns and issues.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
