Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals . You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking,.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing client.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations to clients
• Follow up on leads and conduct market research to understand trends and customer behavior

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
