Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Specialist. The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, communicating effectively with clients, and understanding their needs. The role also involves using analytical skills to assess customer service practices and making necessary improvements.
