Customer Relationship Specialist Intern

🔸 What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with clients and leads over call, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain relationships and provide timely updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Gather feedback and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Represent DPC in a professional and friendly manner

🔸 What We’re Looking For:

• College student with good communication skills (English preferred)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Responsible and self-driven
• Basic knowledge of social media & online communication tools is a plus
• Availability for a minimum of 3 months, with the intention to stay longer based on performance
