Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Kim, Surat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Kim, Surat. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, client interaction, site visits, and using CRM tools to manage and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through online and offline channels.
Conduct client follow-ups and manage queries effectively.
Schedule and accompany clients for site visits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide timely updates and reports to management.
Assist in closing sales and post-sale service follow-up.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM software and client data management.
Proven ability in lead generation and relationship building.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of real estate or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Education & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or CRM role.
