Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
Provide operational support and guidance to franchisees.
Collaborate with franchisees to develop business strategies and plans.
Monitor franchise performance and implement action plans for improvement.
Facilitate communication between franchisees and corporate team.
Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by franchisees.
Support new franchise openings and training initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/ Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in franchise management or related role.
Proven track record in relationship management and business development.
Experience in handling International Clients (preferably Australia or UK)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly detail oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Immediate Joiners only.
Work Timings Monday - Friday 3.30 am to 12.30 pm
