Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Kolkata. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer retention, enhancing the customer experience, and driving sales. The role involves analyzing customer data, developing strategies for improving customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
