Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Generate leads through interactions with DSE or channel partners and manage end-to-end customer relationships.

Explain product offerings and resolve sales queries, while cross-selling products to customers.

Educate customers on issues and capabilities, going beyond their day-to-day work to assist positively.

Maintain relationships with assigned dealers and process deals by collecting pre-sanction and post-sanction documents.

Interact with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan application processing.

Perform accurate data entries, including RSPM and SAGE.

Job

Only Graduate preferred, with a strong foundation in finance.

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with market/industry knowledge.

Demonstrate functional competencies such as communication, negotiation, and market/industry knowledge.

Exhibit an analytical mindset and product knowledge, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Be comfortable moving in the market and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers.

Have a learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
