Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing customer retention, enhancing customer satisfaction, providing effective communication, offering customer support, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, enrolling them to our programs, maintaining customer records, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Proficient Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with education consultancy services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field
