Customer feedback Executive

Job Description: MB Logistics is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Feedback Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and documenting customer feedback through phone calls or in-person interactions to help us improve our services. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone or meet them in person to gather feedback on services provided. Maintain detailed records of all customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary. Analyze common customer concerns and report trends to management. Ensure a professional and polite approach during every interaction. Follow up on previous feedback to track customer satisfaction over time. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Must be comfortable making calls or interacting in person. Fluent in Hindi (English communication is a plus). Willingness to work from the MR 10, Indore location.
