Customer Engagement Associate

As a Customer Engagement Associate at Mulmul, you will have the exciting opportunity to connect with our valued customers over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include informing customers about our latest collections, offers, and store updates. Additionally, you will engage with customers to understand their fashion preferences and provide guidance on suitable options. By doing so, you will not only enhance customer experience but also generate qualified leads by directing them to our stylists or stores. In this role, it is crucial to maintain daily call logs and lead sheets with proper follow-ups to ensure effective communication with customers. Furthermore, your insights and feedback gathered from customers will be shared with the marketing and design team to drive continuous improvements. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Your confidence and friendliness on calls will be key in building rapport with customers. While an interest in fashion and understanding of the Mulmal brand are advantageous, prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
