We are hiring for Customer Care Executive for Lucknow location!!!

SALARY - UPTO 2.5 LPA depending upon the last drawn salary.

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using scripts or customized pitches.
Answer questions about products or the company and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently explain offerings to clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Record customer information, conversations, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up on previous calls and leads to build and maintain customer relationships.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer needs and trends.
Stay up-to-date with product launches, features, and industry developments.

Preferred candidate profile

Undergraduate is must for candidates to apply .
Candidates must have proficiency in English.
