The Allied Outsourcing/ The Medsum requires Customer Care Executives for a large US Law Firm. This job requires excellent vocal and written communication skills. Our clients are in US, so this is night shift role with 2 consecutive offs in a week.
Responsibilities include:
1. Set up Client information in the CRM software.
2 Call insurance companies to set up claims and get required information.
3. Update case notes with the interactions with the Client.
4. File documents in the Client accounts.
5.Follow up with insurance companies and health care providers for the medical documents.
6. Flexible to undertake other responsibility that the business may require.
1 Very good english communication skills - both voice and written.
2 Hardworking and focused.
