Job Description

Technical Competencies - Proficiency in CRM systems and call centre software. - Ability to use data entry systems effectively and accurately. - Competency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Soft Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. - Empathy and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in lift maintenance or related

field preferred.

Experience Requirements

- 2-5 years in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in handling complaints and resolving conflicts.

- Experience in roles requiring shift work or managing customer service in a round-the-clock

capacity. - Capability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while keeping track of follow-ups. - Expert in de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution can be a plus.
