Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care & Call Center Sales Executive located in Gurgaon. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing information about health tests and packages, assisting with the selection of lab partners, and facilitating bookings. The executive will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling services, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
