Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email. Provide accurate information about products, services. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments Sales, to ensure customer needs are met. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management. Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role (1+ years preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
