The role involves outbound calling to potential B2B clients, explaining Alibaba.com services, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and following up on leads. You will play a key role in lead generation and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients. Promote Alibaba.com services and generate interest. Schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain client records and update CRM. Follow up on warm leads and ensure timely communication. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of B2B platforms preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and English. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person
