Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers with warmth, grace, and professionalism. Understand client needs and guide them through product selections. Maintain a positive ambiance and ensure a seamless in-store experience. Handle queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales and design teams to provide personalized service. Maintain the appearance and hygiene of the showroom area. Assist during bridal trials and fittings with care and sensitivity. Manage bookings, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks.
