Job Title: Customer Care Executive* Shift: Rotational (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Weekly Offs: 2 per week Monthly Salary: ₹20,100 + Night Shift Allowance (Up to ₹3,000) Total Monthly Pay (Before Deductions): ₹23,100 Job Summary: We’re hiring Customer Care Executives for our US Inbound Voice Process with a focus on Sales and Upselling. You’ll handle incoming calls from US customers, provide support, and promote products/services to drive revenue.
