Role Overview:

We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic MBA Fresher for a Pre-Sales CRM role who will be the first point of contact for all incoming leads, manage client relationships, support the sales team, and ensure excellent customer experience during the pre-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome call and qualification of incoming leads from marketing channels.

Maintain and update lead records in CRM software.

Share property details, brochures, and emails/WhatsApp communication.

Coordinate site visit appointments and follow-ups.

Support sales team with required lead insights, data, and scheduling.

Maintain a strong relationship with clients through professional communication.

Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up to enhance conversion.

Candidate Requirements:

MBA (Marketing/Operations preferred) Freshers encouraged to apply.

Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Polished phone and email etiquette.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Basic proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Web, and email.

Real estate internship or experience is a plus.
