Credit Support - Senior Team Member

As a Credit Support Specialist III, you will play a crucial role as a Senior Team Member in our Loans group. Your responsibilities will be key to the efficient functioning of our banking operations. You will be expected to adhere to established QUALITY & QUANTITY SLAs, ensuring compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls. Your role will involve supporting the secondary trading desk with trade booking and settlements, as well as liaising with internal departments, external contacts, Borrowers, and Banks. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring accurate document processing, while also identifying and implementing process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the first internal Point of Contact (POC) for process-related queries, acting as the first escalation point for any issues that may arise. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. A minimum of 6 months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a proven track record is required. You should have a strong understanding of business financial statements, cash flow capacity, and loans across various industries. Additionally, you should exhibit strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets, along with effective time management and prioritization skills. Preferred qualifications include the ability to build relationships with clients, internal partners, and peers effectively, recognizing issues that require escalation, and demonstrating strong domain learning and interpersonal communication skills. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of product lifecycle and area product management are also valued in this role.,
