Designation: Credit Control Executive Location : Lowerparel Experience: 03+ yrs Key Skills: Team management, Time management, Negotiations skills, out spoken, Confident, Positive attitude, Pleasant Personality, convincing skill Job Responsibilities • Monitoring and controlling all overdue cases and ensuring that these are followed up. • Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments • Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to organization's financial performance. • Collection analysis & preparing MIS, Collection Reports. • Regularly reviewing the process and procedures to reduce debtor days. • Responsible for consistent calling and effective follow up for payment. • Manage write-offs, bad debt provisions and setting up of payment plans. Preparation & publication of Daily Collection Report. • Implementing new strategies and tactics to improve collections and recovery performance, training and coaching staff to improve performance. Must Have Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task • Responsible for managing a team • Familiar with technical skills such as- MS office, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc.
