Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of fiction series across genres from pitch to final output
• Collaborate with writers to shape story arcs, characters, and episodic structures
• Review and mentor scripts to ensure consistency, pace, and emotional engagement
• Guide the production team on performance direction, tone, and scene execution
• Ensure audio-first storytelling is gripping, immersive, and emotionally resonant
• Leverage audience feedback and data to fine-tune creative choices
• Partner with internal stakeholders on slate planning, content calendars, and writer pipelines
• Set creative benchmarks and storytelling standards across the fiction portfolio

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content creation- writing, showrunning, creative direction, or production for TV, films, or OTT
• Proven experience in long-form storytelling and serialized narratives
• Strong command over story structure, dialogue, character journeys, and genre conventions
• Track record of managing or mentoring writers and creative teams
• Ability to ideate, problem-solve, and innovate in a fast-paced content environment
• Fluency in Hindi and/or English (bilingual is a plus)
• Passion for new storytelling formats and comfort working across genres

Preferred Qualities

• Prior experience in audio fiction, radio, or podcasting
• Familiarity with creative performance metrics and audience engagement tools
• Background in directing or producing scripted content
• Genre expertise in drama, thriller, romance, horror, or fantasy
