Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision & Brand Direction

  • Define the

    creative vision

    of the brand in line with its DNA and long-term strategy.
  • Lead the

    conceptualization of seasonal themes

    , stories, colour palettes, and design direction.
  • Translate brand philosophy into

    multi-sensory experiences

    across collections, campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Collection Development

  • Oversee the

    end-to-end creative process

    for bags and accessories: from sketches to prototypes to final samples.
  • Collaborate with the design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure

    creative vision meets functionality

    and market relevance.
  • Develop

    visual line-ups, planograms

    , and collection presentations for stakeholders and retail partners.

Storytelling & Campaigns

  • Curate

    visual storytelling for photoshoots, lookbooks, and marketing campaigns

    .
  • Partner with the marketing team to

    align creative campaigns with digital and retail strategies

    .
  • Ensure consistency of creative tone across

    all consumer touchpoints

    (e-commerce, retail, exhibitions).

Market Research & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of

    global luxury fashion, colour, and material trends

    , especially in sustainability.
  • Benchmark competitor brands and integrate best practices without compromising brand uniqueness.
  • Introduce

    innovative design ideas, materials, and techniques

    to elevate the product offering.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide

    designers, visual merchandisers, and creative collaborators

    .
  • Work closely with the Founder to refine and execute the brand’s long-term creative strategy.
  • Build strong partnerships with external creative agencies, photographers, and event designers.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years

    of experience in

    creative direction

    or senior design roles for

    luxury fashion or accessories brands

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    collection development, storytelling, and campaign ideation

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    luxury aesthetics, sustainability trends, and global fashion culture

    .
  • Exceptional eye for design

    , composition, and colour theory.
  • Skilled in

    Adobe Creative Suite

    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Experience working across

    physical retail, exhibitions, and digital platforms

    .
  • Strong

    leadership and collaboration skills

    , able to manage and inspire creative teams.
  • Portfolio required:

    Must showcase collections, campaigns, and creative direction work.
