About the Role

We are seeking a Fractional Creative Director to lead our brand, design, and content direction on a part-time basis. You will shape how Wadeshwar and its sister companies look, sound, and feel across social media, packaging, in-store branding, and campaigns.

This role is ideal for a senior creative who loves food, design, and working with brands that have soul.

What You Will Do

• Refresh and refine Wadeshwar’s visual identity (typography, colours, photo style, tone of voice).

• Build a clean, consistent look for the clean label FMCG vertical that is being launched.

• Plan and oversee content calendars for social media, reels, and campaigns.

• Supervise freelance designers, photographers, and in-house teams for execution.

• Plan campaigns around festivals and store launches.

• Guide in-store branding, menu design, and customer touchpoint experience at various levels, positioning wadeshwar as a design led legacy brand .

• Work closely with the founding team and directors to align brand, customer experience, and growth plans.

About You

• 6+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or content strategy.

• Experience with F&B, D2C brands, or lifestyle branding is a plus.

• Strong understanding of design, copy, photography, and social storytelling.

• Able to work independently and execute through small teams or freelancers.

• Passionate about food, clean design, and building culture-driven brands.

• Familiarity with Pune/Maharashtra culture is a bonus.
