The Creative Director (Fractional) position at Wadeshwar Restaurants Pvt Ltd in Pune offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a beloved Pune restaurant brand serving South Indian & Maharashtrian comfort food since 1978. The company is expanding its horizons by launching a clean label FMCG brand and growing its restaurant footprint, and is now looking for a creative individual to elevate the brand and content storytelling while remaining authentic to its roots. As the Fractional Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity, design direction, and content strategy on a part-time basis. Your responsibilities will include refreshing and refining Wadeshwar's visual elements, creating a consistent look for the new FMCG vertical, planning and overseeing content calendars for various platforms, supervising design teams, and guiding in-store branding and customer experience initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the founding team and directors to ensure alignment between brand identity, customer experience, and growth strategies. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 6 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or content strategy, with a preference for those with experience in F&B, D2C brands, or lifestyle branding. Strong skills in design, copywriting, photography, and social storytelling are essential, along with the ability to work independently or with small teams and freelancers. A passion for food, clean design, and culture-driven brands is highly valued, and familiarity with Pune/Maharashtra culture is considered a bonus.
