Job Description: Crane Production EngineerProfile Description: We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Crane Production Engineer with expertise in manufacturing and process optimization. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, innovative, and excels at overseeing production workflows to ensure high-quality output and efficient operations. Job Details: Location: Indore Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in crane or heavy equipment manufacturing. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Design and refine manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. - Conduct inspections, establish quality control protocols, and address defects promptly. - Work closely with design, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety training sessions for production staff. - Maintain accurate records of production processes, equipment maintenance, and performance metrics. Required Skills: - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and production planning tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with welding, assembly, and fabrication processes. - Excellent team coordination and communication skills. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is preferred. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering - Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or CMfgE are advantageous.
