Job Description

The main responsibilities of this role include regular review of open complaints to ensure timely closure as per SLAs, achieving revenue generation targets, ensuring preventive maintenance adherence, maintaining customer i-base hygiene, updating end user data in the system, driving customer engagement and high CSI, building strong relationships with customers, timely submission and processing of invoices of channel partners, return of defective spares, warranty and other claims settlement, providing competitors and market feedback to HQ, and implementing systems and processes at all channel partners. Key responsibilities include having knowledge of products (RAD/RPD), technical knowledge about service offerings and channel management, vendor and business associates/dealer management, knowledge of revenue generation (AMC, spare parts), excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,
