Nature of Work:
o Coordinate project-oriented internal training programs for new recruits, ensuringthey are adequately prepared for their roles.o Organize and manage knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for employees at projectclosure, facilitating smooth transitions and knowledge continuity.o Develop, organize, and maintain training content and a database of training resources,ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.o During campus recruitment drives, conducting technical interviews and assessmentsto identify suitable candidateso Organizing and conducting technical events, seminars, and workshops, showcasingthe companys expertise and engaging with the broader technical community.
