We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Executive with strong experience in the real estate sector to lead our Out-of-Home (OOH) media expansion efforts. Your core responsibility will be to forge partnerships with tech parks, commercial buildings, and large corporate campuses to place our premium digital screens and display units.
The ideal candidate has worked with reputed real estate brands like Raheja, Lodha, Kalpataru, or similar and brings a strong network, persuasive communication, and a proven track record in corporate/B2B sales.
* Identify and approach decision-makers at tech parks, commercial hubs, and corporate campuses for screen placements
* Pitch the value proposition and negotiate space acquisition for OOH screen installations
* Build and manage long-term relationships with property managers, real estate developers, and facility heads
* Work closely with internal teams for site feasibility, approvals, and deployment coordination
* Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly acquisition targets
* Stay updated on real estate trends and OOH opportunities across Mumbai and nearby metro regions
* Represent the brand at meetings, property expos, and industry events
* 3–4 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, ideally with leading real estate developers
* Existing network and connections with commercial real estate players (a strong plus)
* Proven track record of closing high-value deals and partnerships
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent client interactions
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
