Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Chennai with some work from home acceptable. The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for building sales teams ,managing and growing the company's corporate client accounts. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, providing tailored ILL/broadband/Pri solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal service.


Qualifications

  • Account management and relationship management skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to understand and present technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and handle deadlines
  • Experience in the telecommunications or broadband industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
